LOT 1 Banja Luka – Prijedor Motorway: Surveying Services, Monitoring & Control Networks
S2IT provides contracted surveying services for LOT 1 of the Banja Luka–Prijedor Motorway (First Phase Banja Luka–Prijedor) in cooperation with the contractor Everit d.o.o. The scope includes GNSS alignment works, daily/monthly site surveying support, reporting and RIA documentation, settlement/structure monitoring, and establishment plus periodic verification of surveying control networks.
On LOT 1 of the Banja Luka–Prijedor Motorway, S2IT provides end-to-end surveying support and a control framework that connects design intent, construction execution, and supervision requirements. Our work spans from GNSS alignment tasks and control network setup to daily setting-out, verification, and audit-ready reporting used throughout construction and inspections.
Core deliverables throughout the project include:

GNSS works related to baseline/initial condition, route axis and alignment.

Continuous site surveying support: setting-out, control checks, and verification of survey data within construction documentation.

Daily RIA/inspection requests accompanied by the required survey reports, aligned with Engineer procedures.

Official surveying reports in the formats required by the Engineer and contractor.

Coordination with supervision and subcontractors, including review and validation of submitted survey datasets.

Settlement/structure monitoring: monitoring plan (accuracy, methods, points), Engineer approval, and periodic reporting.

Design, establishment and adjustment of filling and micro control networks, including certified final coordinates and annual verification.

Monthly reporting available in both Serbian and English.
Outcome: a reliable survey baseline and controlled construction process, supported by consistent documentation for supervision, inspections, and technical acceptance.
